QUALIFICATION
- Possess technical training diploma / vocational school diploma in HVAC systems or equivalent
- Possess TESDA National Certification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Servicing
- Working experience in maintaining and repairing various heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools, and materials that are used in repairing and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment
- Ability and skill to correctly diagnose, locate, and fix defects in refrigeration and air conditioning systems/units and similar equipment
- Team-player, results-oriented and highly motivated.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
- Installs air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems for the purpose of providing comfort inside facilities.
- Inspects systems and their components (e.g. air conditioning, refrigeration units, dehumidifiers, chillers, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring safety and identifying necessary repairs and providing an ongoing program of preventive maintenance.
- Diagnoses problems and/or failures in air conditioning/refrigeration systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.
- Performs timely and effective preventive maintenance of all air conditioning/refrigeration equipment and systems in accordance with the set Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Prepares documentation (e.g. records of refrigerants, paperwork, logs, time and materials, specifications, etc.) for the purpose of providing written support in compliance with regulations and/or conveying information.
- Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items to complete the necessary installation/repair.
- Coordinates with administration and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.

- Assists other trades personnel as may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
- Responds to emergency situations during or after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
- Works under limited supervision using standardized practices and/or methods; leading, guiding, and/or coordinating others.

Pay: Php645.00 - Php1,050.00 per day
