We’re looking for a rockstar assistant to join our fast-growing eCommerce team. You’ll help manage the backbone of our Amazon business — keeping inventory in check, solving platform issues, handling customer service, and making sure our listings are on point. We’ll fully train you in all the systems and tools you need to shine. If you’re smart, proactive, and have a “get it done” attitude, this is the role for you.
Starting at $400–$450 USD/month, with performance-based raises (and they come quick if you're good!).
We’re a small, tight-knit team running a successful Amazon/Shopify business focused on arts & crafts. 100% remote, no micromanaging — just results. We check in, support each other, and keep things fun while getting stuff done.
Who You Are:
- A rockstar who takes initiative and learns fast
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Comfortable navigating Amazon systems and solving problems
- Excellent written and spoken American English
- Reliable internet, flexible availability, and a good sense of humor
- Willing to check in on weekends occasionally if something urgent comes up
- A true team player who thrives in a remote setup
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon FBA
- Inventory management and restock coordination
- Open and follow up on Amazon cases
- Assist with customer service and review management
- Track shipments and coordinate with warehouses
- Supplier communication
- Review Amazon listings and monitor them
- Run simple reports and keep internal docs updated
- Familiar with data collection and data entry
