- Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, models, and detailed plans using CAD and other design software.
- Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure alignment with plans and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, including permit approvals and construction supervision.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and other architectural design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project-based experience during studies is a plus.
- Portfolio is required.
