F&B Manager responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily activities in restaurants, bars, and other food service areas to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Train, schedule, and supervise food and beverage employees, managing their performance to meet standards.
- Responsible for managing food & beverage inventory and maintaining quality standards to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with chefs to design and develop menus that meet customer expectations and business objectives.
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction, handling complaints and implementing service standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Control budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
