- Time Range: Between 7 AM – 7 PM CST (Graveyard shift)
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
- Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

Position Overview:
The Architect Coordinator will be responsible for supporting architectural projects from planning through execution. This role includes managing documentation, coordinating schedules, ensuring technical accuracy, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. This is an ideal position for someone with architectural training who thrives on organization, project oversight, and detail-oriented collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate documentation, including drawings, models, and revisions.
- Support architects in planning and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure communication and alignment between internal teams, external consultants, and clients.
- Maintain and organize digital project folders, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor project deadlines and alert teams to upcoming deliverables.
- Support in preparing presentations and client communications.
- Ensure adherence to project standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Use project management and CAD/BIM tools to support workflows and file organization.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve design and coordination issues.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in architectural coordination or project support.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual proficiency is a plus
