Job Description:
- Supervise daily hub operations and manpower allocation
- Coordinate logistics activities and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor performance of staff and riders in assigned area
- Provide reports and support to management
- Monitor and assess manpower requirements across assigned locations and ensure timely allocation of staff based on operational needs
- Maintain a pool of standby workers for emergency or short-notice deployment
- Act as the first point of contact for manpower-related queries, grievances, or concerns within the area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent
- Experience in operations/logistics coordination preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage people and resources effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
