- Prepare and monitor monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular checks of competitors' activities and pricing in the market.
- Find new prospective producers and buyers.
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with regular buyers and producers.
- Monitor and follow up on the schedule of unloading from producers.
- Internal manpower allocation, scheduling, training, and orientation.
- Monitor employee performance.
- Prepare daily operation reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Management any related courses
- With at least 2 to 3 years supervisory work related experience
- Good in analytical and communication skills
- Good in problem solving and decision making
- Willing to work in Davao Fishport Complex
- Willing to work long hours
