Area Sales Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is generally expected, with a preference for the animal feed industry.
- Experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
- Working knowledge of animal nutrition or the animal feed industry is a must.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
