Job Summary:
The Area Manager supports the Operations and Store Managers by leading Team Leaders and Captains in achieving sales and profitability targets while reducing operating expenses and improving efficiency in line with Operations’ BSC objectives. He/She also ensures that store operations strictly follow TEI’s policies, systems, and product/service quality standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Management or any business-related course
At least 4 years of work experience in operations within the food industry as a Store Manager or Team Leader
Preferably with trainings in:
- Food Service Operations
- Financial Operations
- Planning & Forecasting
- Excellent Customer Service
- Team Management
- Coaching & Mentoring
- Problem Solving & Decision-Making
- strong Communication Skills
Branch: Davao City area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php31,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per month
