- Graduate of Any 4-year course preferably in Business Administration or any related field
-Atleast 5 years and up work experience in Microfinancing Industry
- Atleast 5 years and up work experience as an Area Manager
- Preferably with Driver's License
- Willing to do fieldwork at all times
