Job Summary:
The Area Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations across multiple locations within a defined geographic area. This role ensures consistent operational excellence, drives performance improvement, leads cross-functional teams, and supports company goals around customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations across sites/branches/stores within the assigned area.
- Lead, train, and support local managers and team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Supply Chain) to support operational needs.
- Drive customer service standards and resolve escalated issues.
- Analyze operational data and report findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the rollout of new initiatives, products, or systems across locations.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with multi-site responsibility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations-related software/tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
