Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Region 1, Region 3, and South Luzon. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in FMCG sales, established networks within the industry, and proven ability to deliver results through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth in assigned regions.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the FMCG sector.
- Expand market presence by identifying new business opportunities and leveraging industry networks.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and ensure high levels of productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and trade standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in FMCG sales, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong industry network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in FMCG.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets across multiple territories.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willing to travel frequently within Region 1, Region 3, and South Luzon.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
