Job Summary:
The Site Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical care, promoting health and safety practices, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards in a construction site setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid treatment to injured workers and coordinate emergency response.
- Monitor and maintain health records of all site employees.
- Conduct daily health monitoring (e.g., temperature checks, wellness checks).
- Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
- Maintain and manage the site clinic, including inventory of medical supplies.
- Support compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and DOH (Department of Health) regulations.
- Conduct health and wellness orientation and training.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations from a health perspective.
- Provide COVID-19 protocols compliance monitoring (if applicable).
- Coordinate with nearby medical facilities for referrals or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in the Philippines.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training for nurses is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in industrial or construction site nursing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willing to be assigned on-site, possibly in remote areas.
