Job Summary:
To contribute to the achievement of the Division Sales targets and objectives by supervising and integrating the activities of the assigned unit sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct and supervise the activities of the field sales operations.
- Contribute to the attainment of the Division sales forecasts and objectives by distributing sales targets among the unit sales force.
- Ensure that the unit sales targets and objectives are achieved by closely monitoring the performance of individual sales personnel through regular reviews of their sales activities.
- Provide unit sales force with the necessary tools and support in effectively carrying out their sales functions.
- Effectively communicating to them the Division and Unit sales targets and object targets and objectives, pricing and other company policies.
- Attending to the needs, problems and other concerns of the sales force
- Conduct regular performance appraisal on the various aspects of the sales personnel’s job.
2. Ensure that trade and customer relations are maintained at all times.
- Establish and maintain business contacts by conducting client visits as frequent as necessary
- Provide efficient customer service by attending to customer complaints and concerns and resolving the same immediately.
3. Assist in the development of marketing and sales plans and strategies.
- Process information needs in the development of sales and marketing plans and programs by organizing, validating and analyzing field sales data.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- With Managerial and Supervisory Experience on the medical equipment or clinical application industry.
- Management skills : Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling skills
