Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Sales reliably by effectively managing assigned distributor accounts (OTD), driving revenue growth, increasing sales volume, and managing receivables in the assigned region for both CP and Seeds platforms.
- Ensure OTR (product movement from AO to Retailers) of various brands are achieved maximizing Retailer programs necessary to hasten product movement.
- Closely work with retailers, BLO’s and key farmer network to continuously bringing the outside-in
- Track and audit value proposition communication to customer and value chain in way to best resonate with customers/value chain.
- Implement demand generation blueprint together with the DG Team
- Ensure success in the assigned Region – thru business KPI’s like OTR/OTG/OTD
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Agriculture
- Minimum 6-8 years’ Sales/Marketing experience in Ag Industry preferably in Crop Protection business or even outside Ag Industry
- Hands-on experience in directly managing Channel partners/Distributors/Retailers with necessary proof points.
- Hands-on Experience in launching & growing shares of Seed &/or Crop Protection products with necessary proof points.
- Hands-on experience in leading execution of product field demonstration and demand generation plans
