Job Description:
- Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting outlet visitations around South Area;
- Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
- Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
- Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
- Responsible in achieving monthly and annually sales targets;
- Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualification:
- A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, advertising, mass communications or any related courses;
- Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as Area Sales Supervisor in a food industry or equivalent professional practice;
- Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, & policies.
