Job Summary:
Responsible for client acquisition, servicing, and relationship management. This role oversees a team of brand promoters to drive sales performance, ensure store standards, and support strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to support acquisition and retention goals.
- Prospect for new clients and grow existing accounts to generate long-term sales growth.
- Conduct regular monitoring of promoters' adherence to standard uniform and the "One Look" policy.
- Perform daily attendance and punctuality checks of all promoters within the assigned area.
- Supervise and evaluate promoter performance; create and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
- Develop and implement programs to help the team meet and exceed sales targets.
- Support and coach brand promoters to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and provide field support.
- Analyze current and emerging market trends to help inform business strategy.
- Execute any ad hoc tasks or projects assigned.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales and team supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and reporting discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant business tools.
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
- Flexible to perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per month
