Tubotech Plumbing Products Philippines Corporation is located at the Laguna International Industrial Park (LIIP) Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna established in 2007. Tubotech Philippines is the manufacturing base for our head office located in Australia.
Tubotech specializes in the design and manufacture of stainless-steel tubular products such as bathroom support rails, shower seats, faucets, bathroom accessories, and plumbing components. Manufacturing processes include CNC bending, TIG welding, Metal Polishing, CNC Lathe, and CNC Machining Centre.
Our goal is to produce products that are appreciated for their quality and workmanship, provide competitive pricing and good service to achieve an excellent reputation in both domestic and international markets.
Job Description:
- Supervise and support assembly production staff and ensuring work instructions are followed
- Performs assembly operations of manufactured products including shower seats, shower rails, faucets, hygienic components
- Ensures all assembled products are properly labelled and tagged
- Ensures that the production team accurately and efficiently achieves their allocated tasks to the meet quality standards and customer demands.
- Ensures that all subcomponent parts are inspected and approved by QC Inspector before use in assembly
- Inspects all assembly tools eg. torque wrench, pressure gauge, jigs, etc.to confirm they are in good condition, verified, and calibrated prior to use
- Coordinates with QC Inspector regarding nonconforming parts and products for proper disposition by separating using yellow and red crates/racks
- Identify and Implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Performs other duties assigned by management
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an engineering or vocational course with at least 1 year experience as a line leader in manufacturing assembly environment
- Experience in fast-paced quality-oriented manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret and understand assembly drawings

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
