Summary:
The Asset Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the fair and accurate physical inventory of assets, including proper tagging and recording. They maximize the use of existing assets before making new purchases and ensure custodians are accountable for any loss or damage to company property. Additionally, this role involves communicating with other departments regarding requests and the delivery of items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration or any related course.
- With at least three years of related work experience in an academic setting.
- Has training and membership certificates related to the profession.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications.
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to report in Clark, Pampanga.
- Available to start immediately.
