JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Focus on acquisition efforts either through purchase or joint venture
2. Develop presentation materials for JV prospects highlighting Filinvest JV projects
3. Manage raw land brokers and attend to landowners directly offering properties
4. Maintain the raw land offers database in excel and google earth formats
5. Gather and tabulate basic information and documentation on the properties for acquisition
6. Trigger evaluation reports from survey and planning
7. Coordinate with project dev’t and finance and be able to prepare basic conceptual project parameters and financials
8. Prepare report to management including initial competitor scan
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year business or related courses
- with 3 years of related work experience
- with background in land survey and sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
