JOB TITLE: ASSISTANT COOK
DEPARTMENT: KITCHEN/COMMISSARY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
FOOD PREPRATION AND COOKING ASSISTANCE
- Assists in preparing a variety of food items
- Handles chopping, slicing, marinating, portioning and other tasks
- Follows proper hygiene and food safety practices
PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of finished products in accordance with company standards
- Assist the kitchen team with daily food preparation and production tasks
CLEANING AND DISWASHING
- Responsible for washing dishes, cooking tools and kitchen equipment'
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Participates in general cleaning tasks
INVENTORY AND STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Assists in stocktaking and keeps track of supplies, ingredients, and packaging materials
- Helps receive and store deliveries
- Submit request for needed items and inform supervisor
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php645.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

- related: 1 year (Preferred)
