Performs support tasks to assist managers in overseeing farm operations. They work together with the Thai farm manager partner in developing and executing plans, managing staff, setting goals and guidelines, establishing budgets and timelines, and delegating responsibilities among employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Years of experience/ knowledge in poultry or broiler farm management.
- Work closely with the manager in managing breeding and harvesting schedules and monitoring the farm.
- Strong knowledge of broiler production, animal welfare, and biosecurity practices.
- Seek a few years’ worth of experience as a farm employee. Typical roles include Farm Hand and Farm Laborer.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a farm environment, including exposure to various weather conditions.
- Willing to be assigned at Candelaria Quezon Province
