Job Summary:
The Farm Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of farm operations in Negros Oriental. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to crop or livestock production, supervising farm workers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring overall productivity, sustainability, and profitability of the farm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in farm management (crops or livestock)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of modern farming practices, tools, and technologies
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Negros Oriental.
- Ability to work in rural/agricultural settings and manage field teams
- Familiarity with budget monitoring and basic farm accounting is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
