Role Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, efficient departmental performance, and compliance with brand, safety, and financial standards. Acts as Officer-in-Charge when the GM is off-site.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of PMS/POS
- Proven people leadership, guest recovery, and financial acumen.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
