JOB SCOPE:
- Oversee and enhance employee relations initiatives to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters to support employees and management.
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies, recommending updates or improvements as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year collegiate course, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in Employee Relations and other HR Facets.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, including DOLE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and organize data for reports and presentations.
- Willing to be assigned in Bamban, Tarlac
