Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the same field
- Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource Management (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, Timekeeping, Employee Relations, Training, and Evaluation, etc)
- Knowledge of ISO is an advantage
- Good Verbal and Written Communication skills
- Can handle pressure with minimum supervision
- Computer Literate
- Honest and Trustworthy
- Willing to start ASAP
