What You’ll Do
- Oversee personnel administration and technical operations to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Maximize man-hour utilization and meet key operational targets: Work in Process (WIP), Parts Return, & Days Last Labor to Invoice (DLLI)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support machine and engine availability commitments
- Deliver high-quality service that meets customer expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of any Engineering course
- 6–7 years of relevant experience in Heavy Equipment, Gen Set services, or a related industry
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage service operations and drive performance
