- Dining Shift Manager position is an entry-level role designed to develop future leaders in the restaurant industry. This position provides hands-on training in various aspects of restaurant operations, in front-of-house (FOH) management, customer service, staffing, inventory control, and financial management. S/he will work closely with experienced managers to learn how to ensure efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to Mary Grace Foods, Inc.’s standards.
- Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. S/he assists with staff management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. The Assistant Manager ensures compliance with health and safety regulations, resolves customer complaints, and implements operational improvements to enhance the guest experience. S/he also manages inventory, monitors costs, and contributes to meeting financial goals, all while fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent
- With proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a casual dining restaurant (for undergraduates)
- Physically able to perform duties that may involve lifting, prolonged standing, and working on a shifting schedule.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
