Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide exceptional service.
- Train, develop, and schedule staff to maximize performance.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
Qualification:
- a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years in retail management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and merchandising.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Proficiency in using retail software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
