- Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Update stock records and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform stock checks and assist in audits.
- Maintain accurate logs for goods received and dispatched.
- Prepare reports on stock movements and shortages.
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Help label and arrange materials properly for easy access.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments.
- Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries.
