We’re looking for a Training Assistant Manager, preferably with BPO experience, to design, deliver, and oversee both technical and non-technical training programs. You will lead curriculum development, manage training activities, supervise a team, and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver discipline-specific and general skills training
- Manage training projects and vendors
- Supervise specialists and coordinate daily operations
- Support leadership and management development
Qualifications:
- Experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO and supervisory role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
