Job Description:
Assist the travel agents of the following tasks:
- Sending flight quotations to the customers
- Advise all customers on tickets’ rules and conditions
- Closely coordinate all ticket issuances to the travel agent holders
- Assist our travel agents in promoting international and domestic ticketing
- Help in double checking the details of the airline tickets issued versus the customers' purchase orders
- Assist customers in
- Checking the departure or arrival time of flight, in case, there are changes or delays
- Checking allowed check in baggage
- Make and send flight itineraries requested by customers
- Examine passengers’ documentations (OECs/passports/visas)
Qualifications:
- College graduate (Applicants with high or average IQ preferred)
- Background in Marketing, Tourism, or related courses is an advantage
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (both English & Filipino)
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Proficient in typing and basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure
- Adaptable, flexible, and a team player
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Willing to undergo comprehensive training
Work Schedule:
Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
