Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responding to Sales Inquiries:
- Engaging with customers through calls, chats, texts, or emails to answer questions, provide information about travel packages, and assist with the booking process.
Needs Assessment:
- Understanding clients' travel requirements, preferences, budget constraints, and any special considerations to suggest suitable travel packages, including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and additional services.
Relationship Building:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential, current, and repeat clients by providing personalized assistance, following up on inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning and booking process.
Sales Closing:
- Applying effective sales techniques to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, upsell additional services or upgrades, and achieve sales targets set by the travel agency.
Customer Service:
- Providing ongoing support to customers before, during, and after their travel, addressing any issues or concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Sales Reporting:
- Compiling and submitting daily or weekly sales reports, including KPIs, revenue generated, conversion rates, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to track sales performance, identify trends, and propose strategies for improvement.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Performing additional sales-related tasks as assigned by the management, such as participating in marketing campaigns, attending travel expos or trade shows, conducting market research, assisting with social media promotions, or contributing to customer retention initiatives.

Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
