The Associate recruiter will support the Recruitment Team in the end to end hiring process with focus on acquiring talents across Information Technology and wide range of corporate functions including Customer Solutions, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Product, Sales, Engineering and Human Resources.
Key Accountabilities
- Source for qualified candidates from different career portals, employee referrals, social media sites etc.
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct callouts/phone interviews
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists of potential hires
- Update the trackers on a daily basis
- Performing various administrative and data entry tasks such as database management, scheduling calls for recruiters among other tasks as needed
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or its equivalence
Experiences, Skillsets & Personal Competencies
- Preferably with 2-4 years of work experience in the HR/Recruitment field
- Strong Communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Ability to work with peer leaders and individuals at all levels in an organization
