Job Summary:
Front Desk Associate is responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including: maintenance of the records of patients, scheduling of patients, inventory and order of dental supplies, and updating the daily and monthly report.
Job Requirements:
- No experience needed but must be willing to be trained
- Ability to excel in customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and exceptional organizational skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- An understanding of dental office procedures and workflow.
- Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
- Must be an outgoing personality and possess a professional etiquette as front desk associate
