Primary Responsibilities:
- Leads the planning and implementation of various projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define, plan and schedule project tasks, timelines, and resource requirements
- Assemble and coordinate project stakeholders
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders identifying project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs within budget parameters
- Support client engagement process in other business areas as required
- Provide expertise on project management tools
- May be assigned other duties
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with direct project management within healthcare or the technology industry
Discovery Template - Experience in people management through effective communication and problem-solving analysis
- Proven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regions
- Agile project management experience
- Proven knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Proven knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Solid computer proficiency (MS Office-Word, Excel)
