Associate Unit Head Obligations:
This is a self-employed professional position with the following, but not limited to, responsibilities.
A successful individual will undergo the Manager Hiring Program and receive a monthly performance bonus based on his or her experience, achievements, and sales track record. The bonus is in addition to his or her benefits and incentives.
- May work from home and operate anywhere within the Philippine Territory with a rewarding life-work balance.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the team.
- Recruit and develop potential Financial Advisors.
- Manage and mentor successful Financial Advisors.
- Implement sales strategies to meet the key performance indicators specified by the company.
- Service the needs and requirements of clients of the team.
- Attend training and seminars given by the company.
Requirements
- Graduate of any course, preferably business management, marketing, finance, and the like.
- With at least 2 years of management and sales experience.
- Willing to learn and to be trained.
- With good communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven with passion for success
- Willing to be full-time upon appointment
