The Audit and Compliance Analyst is responsible for overseeing and analyzing the movement of customer funds across all branches nationwide. This role ensures that all fund handling processes adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The analyst is expected to proactively detect and report discrepancies related to potential fund misuse and coordinate closely with internal audit and compliance teams to support investigation and resolution efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze fund flows across all branches to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Validate that fund handling complies with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Identify irregularities, suspicious activities, or potential misuse of funds, and escalate issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and branch operations for investigation and corrective action.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for fund flow analysis and audits.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of fund monitoring procedures and control systems.
- Support internal initiatives aimed at improving operational risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in finance, compliance, auditing, or a related discipline.
- Can start ASAP
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
- Open to working in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
