- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or department heads
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and easy access
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company policies
- Order and manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors or service providers
- Greet and assist visitors, providing information and directing inquiries as appropriate
- Support in preparing and processing internal documents such as memos, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or executives
