Job Overview
The Audit Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion. This role involves preparing comprehensive audit reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and providing guidance and supervision to audit staff. The Audit Supervisor plays a key role in identifying risks, recommending process improvements, and supporting the company’s commitment to strong internal controls.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring adherence to auditing standards and company policies.
Review and analyze financial records, operational procedures, and internal controls to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.
Prepare accurate and timely audit reports with well-supported findings and actionable recommendations.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely provision of information and implementation of audit recommendations.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and industry-specific regulations.
What our Client is Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk assessment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
