Main Responsibilities:
- Preparation of company, trust and partnership financial statements
- Preparation of tax returns (individual, partnership, company and trust)
- Reconcile Accounts (banks, loan, other PL and BS accounts etc)
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Process payroll and superannuation
- GST Reconciliation
- Prepare IAS and BAS and payroll tax
- Communication with clients to gather and follow up on the needed information
- Perform other tasks as requested or required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
- CPA is preferred but not required
- At least two years of Australian experience (accounting or tax or both)
- Highly experienced in Xero and XPM
- Good communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willing to be a long-term contract
