Automotive Mechanic
Automotive mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. They work on various vehicle components such as engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Inspection and Diagnostics
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues or potential problems.
Repairs and Maintenance
- Conduct routine maintenance
- Repair or replace faulty parts
- Test vehicle systems after repairs to ensure functionality and safety
Tool and Equipment Management
- Operate and maintain tools
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and safe
Job Qualifications:
- With at least technical or vocational training in automotive repair.
- Preferably with 3 years previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
- Knowledge of various vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and transmissions.
- Proficiency in using tools and repair equipment.
- Good communication skills to explain issues and repairs.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if needed.
