Key Responsibilities:
- Create & Build Powerful Automations:
- Design and implement dynamic automation workflows, triggers, and integrations that drive efficiency and streamline business processes using GoHighLevel, Zapier, and other cutting-edge tools.
- Build simple but powerful automations that turbocharge lead nurturing, appointment setting, and follow-up campaigns.
- Solve Problems & Optimize Performance:
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation challenges quickly and efficiently to keep everything running seamlessly.
- Continuously optimize systems to improve performance, drive results, and make sure our workflows are top-notch.
- Learn, Adapt & Innovate:
- Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new software features and applying them to our systems. You’ll learn quickly and adapt as we scale.
- Discover how different software tools can work together like magic to create smooth, interconnected workflows that enhance business growth.
- Collaborate & Communicate:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their needs and fine-tune automation systems to meet them.
- Share your automation insights and best practices with the team to improve efficiency and spark new ideas.
- Keep Systems Running Smoothly:
- Regularly monitor, update, and maintain automation systems to ensure they continue to run like a well-oiled machine.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of automation tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and ChatGPT – you know how to build, tweak, and optimize workflows to perfection.
- Outstanding troubleshooting skills – you thrive on solving complex problems and turning them into simple solutions.
- Fast learner – you’re always excited to master new software and figure out how different systems can work together to create seamless workflows.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
