Job Description:
CruzMotors is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing service for Mercedes-Benz and other European car brands, demonstrating a high level of technical expertise and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options, provide estimates, and address any concerns or questions.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology and participate in training programs as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools used in automotive repair.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
