Job Description:
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks.
- Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance.
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts.
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
- Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate of any Hospitality Course.
- Proven experience in the position of interest.
- Physically fit and with no large, visible tattoos.
- With good communication and memorization skills.
- Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant’s operations, as needed.
