- Equipment Operation:
- Operate backhoes to excavate, load, and move earth or other materials.
- Dig trenches, foundations, or holes as specified by project requirements.
- Ensure safe operation around obstacles and in confined spaces.
- Maintenance and Inspection:
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Identify and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the equipment.
- Project Execution:
- Follow project blueprints and plans.
- Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ensure excavation depths, grades, and alignment meet specifications.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to workplace safety regulations and guidelines.
- Use proper safety equipment and techniques during operations.
- Monitor and mitigate potential hazards on the worksite.
