- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in operating bagmaking or similar machinery (preferred).
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operations.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications.
- Physically fit; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in shifts and follow safety procedures.
