· Ensures the objectives and specific duties and responsibilities of all Bakers and Assistant Bakers are correctly executed to ensure cohesiveness of Bakery Operations.
· Provides superior quality service.
· Creates and thoroughly reviews Production Plan.
· Analyses Production Output in terms of Yield, against Production Plan; Defects and Wastages.
· Ensures weekly inventory is correct and accurate in MMS.
· Creates Team Schedule.
· Recommends critical products based on sales contribution.
· Ensures the Product lay-out is strictly followed.
· Able to approve relevant recommendation given by Bakers.
· Ensures compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures.
· Ensures care and equipment maintenance.
· Creates timely ordering of all raw materials including packaging (maintains approved week supply).
· Ensures on-time delivery of all finished products needed to be displayed.
· Randomly checks compliance to standard operating procedures- both in-process and finished products.
· Engages “small talks” to Members about our products.
· Willing to execute to the best of his knowledge and the needs of the business as required.
· Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
