- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
- Create staff schedules and manage shift coverage.
- Ensure the consistent quality of all beverages and food items, following company standards and recipes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build customer relationships, and gather feedback.
- Resolve customer complaints and address service issues promptly.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entire cafe.
- Assist with developing and implementing new menu items and promotions.
- Drive sales through customer engagement and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to align operations with brand identity and goals.
