Position: IT Support (Work-from-Home or Hybrid | Full-Time)
Job Description:
- Provide IT support for dialer and VOIP management
- Activate caller IPs before and during shifts; maintain tracking sheets
- Manage DIDs and CID groups on dialers and portals (activation, deactivation, replacement)
- Monitor VOIP usage, prepare daily consumption reports, and troubleshoot call issues
- Upload, delete, and manage call recordings as requested
- Perform list uploads, duplicate checks, and share results
- Create and delete user credentials; update and maintain access logs
- Coordinate with providers for monthly projections and renewals
- Assist agents in troubleshooting computer issues to ensure operational readiness
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Open to fresh graduates, provided they are fast learners
- NBI clearance required (high integrity is a must)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to technical issues during operations
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure
Equipment Requirements:
- Laptop/Desktop (minimum Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent AMD processor, 8GB RAM)
- Windows 10 or higher
- Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
- High-resolution webcam
- Wired internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Software: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, Anydesk, Zoom
